How to Delete Your Data

Email support@workingmemory.ai from the email address registered to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will confirm and deactivate within one business day.

Legacy WhatsApp users can also send the text message "delete my data" to the WorkingMemory WhatsApp number for immediate deactivation.

What Happens Next

• Your account is deactivated — no further messages or uploads will be processed
• Your subscription is cancelled and no further charges are made
• All of your data (recordings, transcriptions, structured items, embeddings, push credentials) is permanently deleted within 90 days
• If you change your mind during the 90-day period, contact us to reactivate and recover your data

Data Export

To request a copy of your data before deletion, email support@workingmemory.ai. We will provide a structured export within 30 days.
